If for any reason the product doesn’t satisfy you, the "Konvi-Pack" company gives an opportunity to return or exchange it.
Categories of goods that are can be exchanged and returned:
- products should be of proper quality, fully assembled, with intact packaging, not used, except paper bags produced on order with identification marks, for example, a company logo;
- products of inadequate quality, including those made on order.
Return procedure due to picking error
Issues related to incorrect packaging are resolved as quickly as possible. If the error is on our part we:
- refund your money;
- or send the missing products free of charge.
How to the return/exchange paper packaging of high-quality
- Call our manager using the phone number on our website or send email to konvi@konvi.kiev.ua within 14 days after receiving the order.
- The return is carried out in a manner similar to the delivery, the costs are borne by the customer.
- Money is returned after we receive the product back within 5 working days.
How to the return/exchange defective paper packaging
If the defect is made through the fault of the shipping company, it bears all responsibility. A written or
electronic claim shall be presented to the carrier. In other cases:
- Call our manager using the phone number on our website or send email to konvi@konvi.kiev.ua within 14 days upon detection signs of inadequate quality.
- Returns are made in the same way as delivery, we will cover the costs.
- Money is returned after we receive the product back within 5 working days.
The terms and conditions for this procedure are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumers’
Rights" dated12.05.1991 No.1023-XII.
